• All prices include all taxes, VAT, service fees, power consumption and hot-water consumption, air-conditioning, heating, change of linen once-twice a week and towels every third-fourth day, free use of beach umbrellas.
• The quoted prices are in EUR (€) per room per day(without breakfast)
• Prices can be tailored to the days of your stay

Booking conditions

For making your reservation obligatory, we please you for a deposit of 30% to transfer to  our bank    account. (ask for banking account)

Important Notice : islarooms have stricter cancellation policy.

Check in-out

Check in time is after 12:00 pm.

On the day of your departure, kindly vacate your room by 11:00 noon the latest. Should you decide to keep your room longer than past 12:00 o’clock,(if its possible) we require a 1-day notice prior to keep your room past 12:00 noon (maximum until 6:00pm) and a fee of 50% of the official room rate will apply.
